1. Your name
2. Products you are ordering
3. Fabric choices
4. Any special orders or sizes
5. How you will be paying
6. If you are paying with paypal, please provide your paypal email address
If you are paying with paypal please verify if your shipping address on your paypal account is the correct shipping address. If not, please provide the correct shipping address.
7. If you were referred to our site, please also include who referred you

Orders up to $60.00 are $5.00 shipping.
Orders of $61.00- $100.00 $7.50 shipping
Orders above $100.00 are $10.00 shipping.

Orders up to $60.00 are $10.00 shipping.
Orders above $60.00 are $15.00 shipping.

I ship using either USPS priority mail or USPS parcel post, depending on the size of the order. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 weeks if you are in the U.S.
International shipping may take longer.

Payments
My preferred payment methods are Google Checkout or paypal. *Note* you do not need to have a paypal account to pay using paypal. You can use your credit, debit or a check just as you would with any other online purchase. All fees and sales tax are paid by JensCustomCrafts. Simply fill out the order form and I will send an invoice to your email address with instructions on how to pay.
I am also happy to accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check or money order will require extra time to clear through the bank. Fill out the order form and let me know you want to pay with a check or money order and I will give you instructions from there.
If I do not receive your payment within 5 business days than I will assume I should cancel your order. If you need a longer, simply contact me and let me know when you will be paying.
